Karen k. The receptionist was amazing. She helped us find food, Laundramat’s, bookings to chichen itza, scooters to Ek Balam, banks, town squares, local cafes, and so much more. She directed us to a farmacy, showed us around the facility. Was very clearly understood, even with a language barrier. She and the housekeeper Alondra brought extras towels and supplies when needed and left water in our room. The hotel is centrally located next to a lil park and two blocks from the town square. Our favorite restaurant X Hanna is three blocks away. La Selva two blocks away. Both inexpensive and great yucatecan food. OXXO had hot coffee two blocks away. And the restaurant on the roof top Aura had great food, fun attentive staff, and two pools up top. Laundramat - dirt cheap- across the street. A lady that sells liters of fresh juice daily for 2.25! And fresh fire baked tamales on the corner. I could go on. Very safe location and can walk everywhere. Cenotes is 5 minutes away. And the chocolate museum. Karen is the one whom told us about everything. This is a must!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are a little rough around the edges, but overall an excellent value and I would stay again. We stayed here during hurricane Beryl and it was still a pleasant experience. Great location and housekeeping. The hotel is well decorated and the courtyard pool was fabulous. The roof is very nice with 2 small pools and a restaurant.

Excellent location. A very nice hacienda / Riad feel, with nice little staircases and beautiful colored tiles. Charming and very quiet little rooms around a nice pool. Two small hot tubs are also available on top of the hotel near the bar/restaurant.Extremely friendly staff.

The building is really impressive, with a swimming pool at the ground floor and 2 jacuzzi on the roof. Our room was extremely comfortable, with a king bed, beautiful. Special mention to the very kind staff: the receptionist gave us nice and authentic recommendations for our visit to Valladolid and Chichen Itza.

The property looks much better than the photos, very well maintained and absolutely beautiful. So quaint and charming, very fitting for the town. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Awesome location, walking distance to everything.

The location was great and the staff was really nice and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel has really good tacos. The kids had a really good time in the swimming pool.

The location was perfect! Very close to the main square and plenty of restaurants, shops and grocery. My kids loved playing in the pool while we sat poolside and relaxed. It had an authentic colonial feel to the hotel. Great value for the money.

We were there when hurricane Milton was passing by and staff was super helpful and were there for anything we needed. We couldn't use all the facilities but we got to enjoy the beautiful pool at the hotel. Location is really good! Walking distance to downtown, restaurants and convenience stores.

Great location next to the centre (10min walking). The room was clean and bed comfortable. There is a free parking in the hotel.There is nice rooftop even if we didn't spend time there.

very convenient location - super easy to walk all over town from. We were also able to store our bags in the hotel before we could check in. We requested a 2nd floor room and they put us on the main floor but then managed to move us up as requested. Definitely a great option for a night or few nights! And very beautiful rooftop restuarant and pools!
